Patient Support Transformation Lead

About this role: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Patient Support Unit. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive pathway transformation, improve surgical access and collaboration initiatives, and contribute to Partnership priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive pathway transformation and improve surgical access
- Collaborate with internal teams and partner health services
- Deliver key reforms and change through local and inter-health service forums and working groups
To be successful in this role, you will be a great collaborator, learn fast, adaptable, an excellent communicator, and have a strategic approach to problem-solving and planning. You should have a good grasp of health service operations and skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects.
You will need to have experience in planning, implementing and evaluating programs to achieve priority objectives within the public sector.
