">You've delivered end-to-end on land development projects, particularly greenfield subdivisions.
">You've managed sub-consultants, smoothed out client relationships, navigated councils, and made it look effortless.
">You might be in a Project Manager seat right now but ready for the next challenge, or you might already be a Senior Project Manager with around 7 years of solid project delivery experience.
">Whether you're currently leading industrial subdivisions or working across broader greenfield developments, you'll bring a strong background in civil engineering and land development.
">Residential, commercial? That's useful too. But greenfield and industrial are what we're focusing on here.
">You've got your head around budgets, programs, invoices and QA.
">Taking ownership from start to finish is key.
">You're confident in your client interactions.
">Real conversations and relationships.
">You'll also bring a degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
">A solid practical knowledge of construction methodologies, design principles and NSW statutory requirements.
