Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Coordinator to join our team in an exciting fixed term opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high level planning, resourcing and administration support to the Capital City Network, Audio division.

As a key member of our team, you will prepare and coordinate staff engagements and contracts, organise meetings, manage office supplies and equipment, and support the delivery of live events and key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate staff engagements and contracts
  • Organise meetings and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Support the delivery of live events and key initiatives
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements, including preparation of travel proposals, costings and logistics

Requirements:

  • Exceptional administrative and logistical skills with an aptitude for accuracy
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to use a range of software applications
  • General experience in rostering, time and attendance systems and operational rostering and time and attendance management
  • Deep knowledge of scheduling tools and practices
