About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to join our team.

This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues in HVAC systems, providing spare part selection support and technical assistance, overseeing commissioning of VRF and QTON systems, delivering training programs for service agents and contractors, conducting site visits and collaborating with regional managers, and supporting warranty processes, reporting, and technical data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in HVAC systems
  • Provide spare part selection support and technical assistance
  • Oversee commissioning of VRF and QTON systems
  • Deliver training programs for service agents and contractors
  • Conduct site visits and collaborate with regional managers
  • Support warranty processes, reporting, and technical data analysis
Requirements
  • A qualified HVAC technician with extensive industry experience
  • Confident in diagnosing, commissioning, and resolving technical issues
  • Strong communicator with proven customer service skills
  • Able to balance business objectives with customer satisfaction
  • Flexible to travel for site visits and training delivery
