Entry Level Maintenance Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry Level Maintenance Associate to join our team. As an Entry Level Maintenance Associate, you will play a vital role in the preparation and maintenance of treating equipment.


  • Support maintenance activities under supervision, including equipment assembly and disassembly.
  • Inspect and record maintenance data for operational equipment, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, enhancing asset reliability and overall team performance.
  • Capture and accurately record maintenance-related data in business systems.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and competency standards.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:


  • A strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with hands-on aptitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn business systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in oil & gas or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

Training and Development

You will have the opportunity to undergo required training, including:


  • HSE training
  • Forklift Operator and Overhead Crane training (once eligible)
  • Treating Equipment Inspection Course (after six months involvement in servicing activities)
