Job Description

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough functional behaviour assessments to inform support planning.

We seek individuals who possess:

  • A genuine passion for improving client outcomes and supporting people with disability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a secure environment.
  • Full Australian work rights and relevant registration (NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner or similar).
  • A degree in allied health or related area (desired) and current driver's license.
  • Police check and Working with Children check or ability to obtain.
