Front Office Role Overview

This Front Office position is a great opportunity to showcase your efficiency, friendliness, and flair in providing quality hotel experiences for our guests. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations from check-in to check-out.

  • Anticipate and attend to guest queries with a logical and common-sense approach.
  • Welcome guests and check them in and out efficiently.
  • Process daily guest transactions and accounts accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure hotel rooms are prepared for arriving guests.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous customer service experience (hotel experience an advantage).
  • An empathic ability to anticipate guests' needs.
  • Attention to detail when handling guest requests and cashiering.
  • Familiarity with Newcastle and its surrounding areas, including knowledge of local attractions and events.
