Hotel Guest Room Attendant

About The Role:
- Distribute linen and replenish amenities to floors
- Assist room attendants as requested and deliver guest requests
- Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is clean and in working order
- Help answer guest requests and assist where possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in hotel rooms
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Meeting the requirements of the position through strong organisation and time management skills
Requirements:
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Positive involvement and interaction with guests and hotel team
- Availability Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster (minimum)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work an average of 4 days
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Team player with ability to work autonomously
- Honesty, reliability, accountability, and respect
