Job Description

The role of Protective Security Services Branch Consultant involves working closely with clients to foster a proactive Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) culture.

  • Developing and implementing security management systems to meet client requirements
  • Conducting audits, risk/threat assessments, and compliance workshops against ISO standards

As a trusted point of contact for clients, you will manage Statements of Work and address emerging issues.

Building strong client relationships and promoting the company's values are essential aspects of this role.

You will identify and manage risks in line with the company's Risk Management Framework and contribute to business development and continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled safety and security professional with operational experience in high-threat environments and strong governance expertise.

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Current Australian Government Security Clearance or willingness to obtain one (NV1 minimum)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills

Essential requirements include demonstrated experience with DSPF, DISP, and PSPF, Certificate IV in Security and Risk Management, and relevant state/territory security licence.
