Job Title: Gaming Operations Attendant

We are seeking a passionate and caring professional to join our team as a gaming operations attendant. As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role in the successful operation of our gaming-related operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the gaming leadership team with day-to-day operational requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with a cohesive team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure venue standards are met regarding cleanliness and presentation.
  • Utilize problem-solving opportunities to foster a positive working environment.
  • Fulfill rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends, and public holidays in line with operating hours.
  • Possess a current/valid RSA, RSG & ARCG certification or be willing to obtain it.
  • Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
