Work for a global service provider specialising in commercial property management.

Your new role involves providing professional property management services to a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and operational staff, and leading a team of property managers and junior staff members. Key responsibilities include managing the financial performance of assets, preparing reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, and making recommendations to clients.

To succeed in this role, you will need current real estate licensure or certification, as well as strong previous experience in the property industry. Previous experience in preparing asset plans, budgets, and comprehensive reports is also essential. Additionally, you should be able to look over leases and rent reviews, and have experience in preparing property income and expenditure budgets on an accrual basis. A hardworking and dedicated nature is also required.

In return for your expertise, you can expect a salary of $65,000-$75,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation, as well as the opportunity to work for a global brand with a large network and to develop personally and professionally.
