Payroll Officer Role

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our teams on the ground by learning every facet of the payroll process.

This is an exciting time to join our organization as we continue to grow and expand our services. Our National Office serves as the hub for supporting our 17 aged care facilities across Australia, and our payroll team is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

As a consultant-level Payroll Officer, you will work closely with our team to deliver timely and accurate payroll services, including fortnightly payroll, taxation, workers' compensation, and superannuation payments. You will also be responsible for processing system onboarding of new employees, preparing payroll actions, and monitoring our ticketing system to manage enquiries and requests.

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer who is passionate about providing exceptional service and is committed to compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
