Key Position: Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to fill this maintenance role. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide repair and maintenance services across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling.
  • Work with minimal supervision to anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring safe workplaces and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Develop strong partnerships with colleagues and clients, effectively communicating needs and expectations.
  • Be familiar with OHS guidelines and have experience in maintaining safe workplaces.
Requirements:
  • Driver's License
  • Previous construction or metal trades experience
  • Proven ability to work under limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of building fabrication
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
