About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Support Professional to join our team at Ramsay Clinic Macarthur. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and support to patients under the supervision of the Nurse Unit Manager. This will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities
- Providing emotional support and guidance
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a nursing student or completion of a relevant healthcare course
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
