
Operational Support Specialist

This position offers the opportunity to develop operational and administrative skills, providing support to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
As an Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager, Service Supervisor, and other stakeholders with various tasks, including customer service, inventory management, and administration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
Training and development opportunities will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are well-equipped to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional and timely customer service, responding to queries from customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Assist with inventory management, including parts interpretation, allocation, and warehousing.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
- Support the Branch Manager with customer service projects and operations initiatives.
- Certificate 3 in Business (willingness to commit)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional attitude and work ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
