Job Title

An Operations Supervisor is required to oversee daily activities, supervise staff, and manage contractors.

  • Leading operational activities including fleet management, maintenance, safety, and people management.
  • Championing a strong safety culture through visible leadership, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting and engaging with drivers and staff ensuring rosters, pay queries, and workplace concerns are managed promptly and fairly.
  • Maintaining adherence to company, client, and legislative requirements such as fatigue management and reporting.
  • Leading safety investigations, assessments, and driver evaluations.

To succeed in this role you will have MR license with passenger accreditation (Driver Authority), completion of Chain of Responsibility; Driver and scheduler course to administer the implementation of fatigue management strategies or ability to obtain. Tertiary qualifications in Logistics or Transport based discipline or equivalent industry experience. Knowledge of the Coach Transport Industry and experience in administrative, logistics or transport roles will be highly regarded.
