Production Team Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Team Member to join our Manufacturing team at Stratco. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Interpretation: Interpret product drawings and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing of products to customer requirements.
- Equipment Operation: Operate roll form and general sheet metal equipment to produce high-quality products.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, other departments, and projects as required to achieve production goals.
- Training and Development: Participate in training for specific items of plant and equipment to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Safety and Quality: Adhere to critical safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment, ensuring high-quality products are produced.
- Essential Requirements: Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role, Forklift licence and experience.
- Desirable Requirements: Manufacturing or sheet metal experience, basic awareness of safety standards, and alertness of moving parts and people.
