
National Payroll Manager Opportunity

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing end-to-end weekly and fortnightly in-house payroll processing, ensuring full compliance with all relevant legislation. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing payroll team and drive continuous improvement initiatives across payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee payroll reporting, reconciliations, and workers' compensation processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across payroll systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for increased efficiency and automation.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll operations, legislation, and compliance requirements.
