We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our high-performing team in Brisbane. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our Accounting & Finance offering, working on a warm desk with strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and/or contract roles within Accounting & Finance
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking, and market movements
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of quality talent through sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider success of the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Accounting & Finance sector
  • A track record of consistent billing and business development success
  • Strong knowledge of the Brisbane Accounting market and key industries
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Ambition, resilience, and a genuine passion for recruitment
