Job Overview

The Finance Officer role involves managing the College's financial transactions, including accounts receivable, invoicing, payments, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Transactions Management: Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, statements, and financial recordkeeping.
  2. Fee-Related Enquiries: Handle fee-related enquiries, negotiate payment plans, and maintain communication records.
  3. Patient Liaison: Liaise with parents/guardians to resolve payment issues.
  4. Credit Control: Coordinate with debt collection agencies as needed and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  5. Administrative Support: Support financial reporting, budgeting, and other administrative functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration: Current registration is required.
  • Senior First Aid Certificate: A certificate or willingness to obtain is necessary.
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping: Higher qualifications are preferred.
