About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our legal function, you will play a critical role in advising on employment law matters and leading a team of lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex employment law matters, including employment contracts, ER/IR disputes, disciplinary matters, WH&S issues, and investigations.
  • Lead a team of lawyers on employment law issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and HR to develop and implement strategic employment law initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of policies, procedures, and governance related to HR/IR/ER requirements.
  • Lead complex HR/IR/ER negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong background in private practice.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of lawyers.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen.
