The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed Bills of Quantities for required works
  • Collating, reviewing, and evaluating sub-contract estimates
  • Assisting with pricing and preparation of tender bids
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ensuring all deadlines are achieved through effective planning and organisation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Experience working in the Civil Construction Industry
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
  • Superior Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan and organise, ensuring all deadlines are achieved
