About Us
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank is the bank you can be proud to work at. Our collective purpose is to feed into prosperity, not off it.
We were born out of community, for community, and remain the only bank headquartered outside of a capital city. As part of the larger Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group of over 7,000 employees, we're big enough to offer you every opportunity, but not so big that we lose the community feel that we're famous for.
We're more excited for our future than ever before. Join us in walking the talk when it comes to supporting our customers, giving back and making our communities a better place.
Our vision is to become Australia's bank of choice, and you'll play an important part in helping us achieve that. Customer Advisors are the face of the branch and business. Knowledge and expertise set us apart, and you'll use yours to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
You will be based at Oakleigh, working full-time hours with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight.
This role requires someone with extensive experience in a customer service or sales environment, who has consistently delivered results. You should be comfortable talking to customers face-to-face and over the phone, and have a strong desire to understand and share what makes our bank different.
You will build connections with the community to support our customers, give back and make our communities a better place. Teamwork and mateship will be crucial as you work together to meet our goals. You'll be part of a culture that values risk and compliance at the heart of all decision making.
