Software Support Specialist

- Investigate and debug software issues to identify root causes and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and implement fixes and workarounds to resolve software issues.
- Verify changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution.
- Good knowledge and hands-on skills with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Azure.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration, preferably Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of problem-solving and incident management process along with ITIL knowledge.
- Intermediate knowledge of databases (Oracle/SQL Server/etc).
- Extensive debugging and troubleshooting skills on code-based applications, preferably C#.
- Understanding of basic electrical concepts.
- Basic understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools. Experience of network tools and protocols.
- Good understanding of any IT Service Management tool to log, monitor, and document the incidents/tickets.
- Replicate customer environments and work to identify & fix the root cause or provide interim workaround as needed.
- Work in collaboration with multiple teams to expedite the resolution and provide timely updates.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues. They will be a strong communicator, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
