The Role Were seeking a passionate, driven, and authentic Store Manager with a solid background in retail to join and lead our team at our Geraldton store.
A person with a positive can-do attitude, energetic, has a passion for developing an efficient team, and most importantly be able to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.
This role leads and drives a team to execute operational objectives and deliver outstanding results in store.
About You Your role is to be a "people focused" Store Manager who loves to lead and drive a team to deliver outstanding results and exceed sales goals and profit for your store, while demonstrating your personal passion for engaging with customers.
To succeed in this role, you must be a leader who understands how important it is to coach, train and empower your team.
What Your Day Will Look Like: Delivering an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart Driving sales and maximising store profitability Championing our unique Bestie culture in every decision and interaction Leading, training, and developing a high-performing, passionate team Creating inspiring visual merchandising from door to floor Managing stock levels and minimising shrinkage Collaborating closely with your Assistant Store Manager and Regional Manager to achieve shared goals Who were looking for: Bringing at least 3 years of leadership experience in high-volume retail environments Demonstrating strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to drive both sales and cost efficiency Leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams with confidence and consistency Showing a relentless drive for success, always seeking out best practices in store operations and customer experience Applying your creative flair to innovative retail strategies and eye-catching visual merchandising Approaching every task with sharp attention to detail and professionalism Thriving in a fast-paced retail environment, thanks to your excellent organisation and time management skills We offer awesome career opportunities, excellent training, and a genuine and strong culture The opportunity to work a 19-day 4 week rosterWe also offer competitive salaries, including incentives, as well as offering generous discounts Access to company-wide Employee Assistance Program If you have a passion in retail, want to be challenged, and work with driven people, wed love to hear from you.
