Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team in delivering high-quality outcomes within our performance-planning and development culture. The successful candidate will oversee the professional practice of therapy and education teams, conduct case consultations, and participate in partnership meetings to develop integrated service delivery for children and families.

The role involves managing service delivery within approved budgets, approving budget expenditures, and providing regular reports against budgets. A strong understanding of child protection issues and sector trends is essential, as is experience in fostering good working relationships with key stakeholders and the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience managing multidisciplinary teams in similar environments.
  • Highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and sector trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
