About the Position We are looking to welcome a Program Manager to lead a team to deliver high quality outcomes within a performance planning and development culture and support children and families engaging in Therapy and Education services.
Full time position.
Government funded until 30 September 2028 with possible extension.
Level 8 SCHCADS Award.
Salary range : $129,211 - 134,296 + Superannuation.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee the professional practice of the Therapy and Education teams.
Conduct case consultations primarily to Therapy and Education team, and other services as required.
Actively participate in partnership and sector meetings to develop integrated service delivery for children and families.
Manage service delivery within the Board approved budget, approve budget expenditure and provide monthly reports against the budgets.

About You Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or other relevant qualification.
At least 5 years' experience managing a multidisciplinary team in a similar environment.
Highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.
Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders and the community Other Requirements Eligibility for a WWCC or professional exemption.
Current driver's licence.
Legal ability to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).
