Job Description:

As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children and adults with communication disorders. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech therapy.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant professional body.
  • Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating.
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
  • A full valid driver's license, with access to your own vehicle.
  • A valid Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain.
  • A current Police Check, or be willing to obtain.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or be willing to obtain.
  • First Aid and CPR certification, or be willing to obtain.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, and attention to detail.
