Job Title: Automotive Sales Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales within the automotive industry.

The role involves responding to inquiries from customers and distributors, developing strong relationships with clients, and researching emerging markets.

An engineering degree is highly regarded, and knowledge of Japanese business culture or the Japanese language is a plus.

Self-motivation, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to daily and project-based inquiries from aftermarket customers and distributors
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
    • Research emerging markets, new products, and competitor activity
    • Track and manage the progress of ongoing projects
    • Deliver technical and commercial presentations to customers
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries
    • Assist in preparing and negotiating contracts
    • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management
    • Liaise with external stakeholders
    • Support with other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
    • Experience in customer service, sales administration, or business development
    • Engineering degree is highly regarded
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
    • Interest in Japanese business culture or Japanese language skills preferred
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team
    • Must hold a valid driver's license
    • Willingness to travel as required
