Lead with Purpose in Youth Mental Health

You'll provide leadership to a team of clinicians and specialist workers.

About the Teams You Will Lead

  • Continuing Care Team: Provides case management for young people with complex needs.
  • Functional Recovery Team: Delivers innovative group programs and individual recovery-focused support.
  • Specialist Services: Includes peer support, family work, and vocational/education coordination within a collaborative framework.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based out of our office. We are looking for a resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in clinical settings.
  • A deep understanding of youth development and mental health challenges.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for building high-performing teams.
  • A current Australian Driver's License and QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
