Job Title: Product Growth Leader

We are seeking a talented individual to lead the next phase of growth in our company's B2B offering. This role combines strategy and execution, shaping the roadmap, building new payment experiences, and ensuring delivery at pace.

You will define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, build and scale innovative loyalty and engagement experiences across mobile and web, collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, engineering, design, and finance, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and customer growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and scale innovative loyalty and engagement experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, retention, and customer growth.
  • Mentor product owners and help embed scalable product practices.
  • Operate as both a hands-on builder and strategic thinker with board-level visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven product management experience in high-growth environments (startup, scale-up).
  • Strong operator who can balance strategy with delivery, but leaning more on strategy.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Background in rewards, loyalty, ecommerce, or engagement products is a plus.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving business.
  • Experience shipping 0-1 products.
