We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Tea Enthusiast Sales Ambassador to join our team at Sunshine Plaza. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

About the Role
  • Provide world-class customer service experience to every customer.
  • Expand your knowledge of T2's premium tea blends and become an expert in brewing techniques.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Take care of your own health and safety, as well as the safety of others, by following T2's safety policies and procedures.
About You
  • You are customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are self-motivated and eager to learn, with strong communication skills.
  • Prior customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
