About the Role

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Develop your knowledge of our extensive tea range, becoming a true tea connoisseur and expert in brewing techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to manage high volumes of stock, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Prioritize your own health and safety, as well as that of your colleagues, by adhering to our safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • You're a people person, always acting with the customer in mind and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • You're self-motivated, eager to learn, and take pride in your work.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is highly advantageous, but not essential.
