- Collaborate with operations teams to lead key process changes and initiatives
- Analyse large data sets to inform strategic business decisions and provide comprehensive insights to senior stakeholders
- Articulate new system development requirements and work with IT to realise project benefits
- Develop business cases to support business initiatives and improve processes
- Extensive experience in relationship management and commercial acumen
- Proven ability to analyse and summarise large data sets
- Experience with software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Altryx
- Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking
