Dyson is expanding its retail presence to achieve 80% of sales through direct channels. As a key member of the Dyson Demo Store team, you will support the Global VP and collaborate with various global directors and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
You will report to the Assistant Store Manager and help ensure the smooth daily operation of the store. In the absence of store management, you will guide the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences by demonstrating Dyson products.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Store Management and the team, taking accountability for some elements of the day-to-day running of the store.
- Lead by example and support the team to deliver an environment that showcases our machines, providing best-in-class demonstrations and experiences.
- Work with the Assistant Store Manager to review store results, understanding store and customer behavior to drive business growth.
- Be an expert in our technology and support the launch of new products and services.
- When required, open and close the store.
- Continuously build product knowledge and keep up-to-date on any product developments, supporting the team to do the same.
Requirements
- Proven understanding of retail and experience in supporting the day-to-day operations of a store.
- Collaborative style with a passion for delivering a 5-star customer experience while driving commercial results.
- Proven ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders.
- Able to solve problems and challenge convention at a day-to-day level.
- Understanding of in-store operations, including managing work schedules and stock management.
- Ideal understanding of the beauty industry.
