Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to Clarity Health Care staff and patients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and safety within the clinic, working independently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Answer phones, welcome patients, and provide administrative support to clinicians as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong administration skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using software programs such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Support partner programs, including billing, data entry, and reporting, and prepare and maintain Partnership reports when required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to privacy policies.
  • Handle difficult calls calmly and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and seeking team assistance when needed.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, adapting to change and following practice procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar administration role, with excellent customer service skills and a friendly, empathetic attitude.
  • Proficiency in using software programs, with experience in billing and maintaining systems using different medical software highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with knowledge of mental health services and the ability to work as a reliable and trustworthy team member.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize under pressure, and adapt to change, with a strong understanding of patient confidentiality and the importance of maintaining a supportive team environment.
