Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
">About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Change Release and Configuration Management team, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive manual and automated testing regimes for our information systems.
You will coordinate test strategies, supervise technical testers, and provide expert advice to ensure our systems meet the highest standards before release. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative team that values innovation and continuous improvement.
">About You:
- You have extensive experience in designing and implementing manual and automated testing regimes within complex information systems environments.
- You possess strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality documentation for testing procedures and system releases.
- You have a solid understanding of software release technologies, web-based applications, and relational databases, with a focus on quality assurance.
- You are a collaborative team player, capable of working independently and effectively within multidisciplinary teams, while mentoring and guiding others.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, enabling you to liaise confidently across technical and non-technical audiences.
