The Role

">

This position involves programming, installing and commissioning SEL Real-Time Automation Controller (RTAC) based local and remote controls for clean energy hydropower projects. A focus on pumping and electrical systems is essential.

Candidates should be electricians or technicians with a technical background, ambitious and naturally inclined problem solvers.

">

Position Duties:

  • Implementing control systems, including developing schedules, diagrams and collaborating on control philosophy and functional descriptions.">
  • Researching and procuring control and other equipment.">
  • Programming of RTAC and control devices, adhering to best practices.">
  • Commissioning of control systems and supervising commissioning support personnel.">
  • Project planning and scheduling, working diligently to meet critical project timelines.">

  • Trade qualification with practical experience in a related field (2-8 years preferred).">
  • Clear, direct communication style.">
  • A logical, structured approach.">
  • Ability to learn quickly on the job.">
  • High level of general computer proficiency.">
