Senior Financial Manager

About the Opportunity

This position focuses on delivering financial management for large-scale touring projects across Australia and internationally.

You will collaborate with production and commercial teams to deliver accurate financial insights, forecasting, and project analysis, ensuring successful outcomes for high-profile entertainment clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage project accounting for touring shows and events, including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
  • Prepare month-end reporting and variance analysis for key stakeholders
  • Oversee project cashflows and ensure accurate cost allocation
  • Partner with production and commercial teams to provide financial decision support
  • Contribute to process improvements and system efficiencies within project accounting
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years' experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to project accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; ERP systems knowledge (SAP/Netsuite) beneficial
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
