Software Engineer Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Design and implement software features within an existing service architecture
  • Built and maintain services that power user experiences and internal systems at scale
  • Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code with guidance from more experienced engineers
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to understand problems and ship high-quality solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions as part of a supportive team
  • Contribute to system health by writing tests, improving observability, and fixing bugs or performance issues
Requirements:">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in building backend systems using Java in a production environment
  • Strong Java fundamentals and ability to confidently write production-grade code, applying backend concepts like multithreading, service design, and performance optimization in real-world systems
  • Understanding of the basics of distributed systems and comfort developing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Able to work through problems from design to deployment with support from your team
  • Apply sound engineering practices—such as testing, monitoring, and documentation—and write clean, maintainable code
  • Enjoy collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to build end-to-end solutions
  • Take initiative, seek feedback, and are always looking to improve your craft and contribute to your team's success
  • Hands-on experience using AI in coding/programming to drive greater impact
