Job Opportunity

As a Ground Crew member at our Wollongong Drop Zone, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting Skydive Instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives.

The ideal candidate will be a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You will also possess strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Support Skydive Instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives
  • Assist in coordinating parachute landings
  • Follow safety procedures and protocol

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be required to work outside in a variety of weather conditions and demonstrate a high level of initiative and independence.
