Dental Practice Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team of dental assistants and receptionists. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our accredited dental practice, where we prioritize strict infection control standards, exceptional dental procedures, and outstanding patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of dental assistants and receptionists, providing coaching and performance management to ensure high-quality patient care and service.
- Oversee the management and coordination of dental stock, ensuring efficient use of products and minimizing waste.
- Champion Teachers Health core values and culture across the team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Monitor and review dental processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ADA and AHPRA policies and guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient care.
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Dental Practice Manager.
- Strong knowledge and application of infection control processes.
- Experience managing and leading a team, with a positive and professional communication style.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Dental Assisting Cert III or equivalent is required.
