About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Panel Physician to join our team as a Medical Assessment Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines, providing objective assessment outcomes through an online platform, and delivering exceptional people-centered care to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines and protocols
- Provide objective assessment outcomes through a secure online platform
- Deliver exceptional people-centered care to our customers, ensuring a high-quality experience in our clinics
- Work collaboratively with Health Assessors and reception staff to ensure seamless customer service
- Support the Lead Physician in maintaining high standards of medical assessment and customer care
Requirements
- Degree-qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
- At least three years postgraduate experience in a relevant medical field
- Strong customer service focus and experience working with diverse customer groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality outcomes
