**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our Cairns DFO location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer experiences.

This leadership role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive outstanding store sales
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales performance and customer feedback

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a leadership role
  • A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
