Job Title

The Freight Coordinator role involves overseeing the transportation of finished goods from consumers and businesses nationwide, while also managing inventory equipment within our supply chain.

As a key point of contact for freight partners, you will assist in resolving issues and maintaining relationships with external courier and freight service providers. You will be personable with excellent attention to detail and able to support logistics operations efficiently and according to safety guidelines.

This position requires full-time on-site work in Karawatha with a set schedule of Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track deliveries nationwide across long haul and air freight to ensure timely delivery. Communicate and resolve any issues that arise during transportation.
  • Be responsible for dispatch from our site, ensuring required procedures and checks are carried out to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Update freight partners on company changes, reminders/issues, and regulations that need to be addressed.
  • Ensure day-to-day management of movements, monthly stocktake, and reporting of inventory counts to the wider business.
  • Support production and shopping departments to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of the CHEP system.
