The Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Pavement Engineer to join our Smarter Infrastructure team in Brisbane.

You will work closely with diverse teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable real-world benefits to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative pavement designs and solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Sustainability and Asset Management teams to ensure a comprehensive approach.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to design and oversee laboratory studies and field trials.
  • Leverage professional network to uncover and create new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineering Degree or higher qualification desirable.
  • Up to 10 years of experience in the transport industry.
  • Technical knowledge in pavement management and engineering.
  • Demonstratable experience in unsealed roads and/or specialised pavement materials desirable.
About You

As a source of technical knowledge in pavement management and engineering, you will possess excellent project management skills.
