Property Portfolio Specialist

This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and working closely with contractors and tenants across multiple sites.
As a hands-on Facilities Manager with industrial experience, you will take ownership of a diverse property portfolio. You will be responsible for managing essential services and compliance, coordinating with contractors and tenants, inputting and maintaining accurate facilities data, and supporting disaster and event management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site operations and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and tenants to deliver quality service delivery.
- Input and maintain accurate facilities data to inform business decisions.
- Support disaster and event management alongside the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Industrial facilities management experience.
- Strong communication and contractor coordination skills.
- Trade background or FM/PM crossover experience highly regarded.
Work Environment & Tools:
- Based in an office environment with site visits as required.
- Standard 38-hour work week (Monday–Friday).
- Rare after-hours or weekend work (approximately once per year).
