Job Opportunity:

The role of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Lead is a strategic position that requires a hands-on approach to drive sustainability initiatives across the organization.

As ESG Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing ESG strategies, reporting, and initiatives aligned with company goals.

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies in line with company objectives
  • Prepare comprehensive ESG reports, including statements on modern slavery and packaging compliance
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics such as carbon emissions and sustainability indicators
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders on ESG matters
  • Lead ESG risk assessments and due diligence processes
  • Support integration of ESG metrics into financial planning and analysis
  • Track market disclosures and align with industry best practices
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in ESG, sustainable finance, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, including ISSB, AASB, and TCFD
  • Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to interpret and communicate both financial and non-financial ESG data
