The opportunityDeliver high standards of expertise in all aspects of swimming pool maintenance with water quality management.
Whilst also delivering a high standard of cleanliness and a safe swimming environment.
Daily balancing of all pools at Sea World and Sea World Resort, including 2 hourly water testing.Your day to dayHave a solid understanding of pool chemical operational parameters or standards and how to maintain these ensuring a safe swimming environmentUnderstand and be able to operate, maintain and adjust all automated chemical metering and chemical dosing equipment to an operator's levelMaintain stock levels of pool chemicals and associated equipment ensuring hazardous chemicals, handling equipment and mechanical components are stored and managed safelyExperience with daily maintenance of filtration systems lint strainers chemical and centrifugal pumpsEnsure all Mobaro checklists and Maximo generated work orders are completed within scheduled time frames ensuring a consistent standard of workload outputWhat You'll BringManual driver's license essentialPool plant operator certificate, advantageousA Forklift license, advantageousPrevious experience in a similar roleExperience with water filtration plants and small pump maintenance would be beneficialBasic understanding of UV systemsBasic understanding of water hydraulicsMust be available to work between the hours of 5am to 10pm including weekends and rotate shifts when requiredAbout the Perks
