Customer Experience Specialist

This role is based at our sales showroom and manufacturing site.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, providing quotes and tenders, placing orders, and following up with customers.
- Offer solutions using your product expertise
- Collaborate on production and sales targets
- Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve issues
- Analyse customer orders and complete ad hoc administrative tasks
We are looking for someone with excellent written/verbal communication, analytical thinking, and positivity. You should also have strong computer skills, especially proficiency with Office 365.
Experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle) and CRM tools is desirable. A proactive mindset and drive to develop your career are essential.
About the Role:This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
